Cancellations

As all items are bespoke, once an order has been confirmed a 50% cancellation charge will apply if you choose to cancel.

This applies regardless of the stage of production at the time of cancellation.

 Returns Policy

We operate a strict no-returns policy for bespoke items. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
